REBEKAH FITZGERALD
Founder & COO
Before self-storage, Rebekah spent a decade in hospitality — an industry that teaches you one thing above all else: operations either work at scale or they don't. There's no faking it when the customer is standing in front of you.
That foundation shaped everything she's done since. Rebekah has started, scaled, and exited multiple businesses, each time with the same playbook: walk in, find the gaps, strip out the inefficiency, and build something that runs without her having to touch it every day. She doesn't just optimize operations — she reimagines them.
At Fitz Storage Solutions, she's the operational engine behind the entire portfolio. She oversees daily facility performance, team execution, and owner communications, and is the driving force behind FSS's Monthly Owner Intelligence Packages — the detailed performance reports that give owners full transparency into how their properties are performing. If Elijah builds the system, Rebekah stress-tests it against reality.
Her background in business development means she sees every facility through two lenses at once: what's running today and what's leaving money on the table. That instinct — spotting what others walk past — is what allows FSS to unlock creative revenue opportunities and hidden profitability at every property in the portfolio. It's not just about filling units. It's about maximizing everything a property has to offer.

Elijah didn't come to self-storage through the usual path. He started in the markets — trading options, equities, and crypto, where every decision came down to reading signals, managing risk, and executing with discipline. That framework never left him.
When he pivoted into real estate, he saw an industry full of opportunity but starved of operational rigor. Owners were managing by gut feel. Reporting was a mess. Decisions that should have been data-driven were anything but. He saw a gap — not just in how facilities were managed, but in how the entire owner experience worked — and built Fitz Storage Solutions to close it.
Today, Elijah and his team manage 30+ self-storage facilities across multiple states, serving owners who expect institutional-grade performance without the institutional overhead. He also designed and built FITZ OS, a proprietary operations platform that powers everything FSS does — from revenue optimization to monthly owner reporting to acquisition underwriting.
But managing what's already there is only half the equation. Elijah and Rebekah bring years of experience building and scaling businesses across multiple industries, and they apply that entrepreneurial lens to every property in the portfolio. Where most managers see a storage facility, FSS sees untapped revenue — hidden gems at each property that others walk right past.
His philosophy is simple: systems should run the business, not people. Every workflow at FSS is built to scale, built to repeat, and built to prove its own results.
