Rebekah Fitzgerald is a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business success, building long-lasting relationships, and developing forward-thinking strategies. Starting her career in hospitality at just 13, she honed her skills in customer acquisition, auditing, and business development. As a General Manager, she grew hotel revenue from $300k to $1.3 million in her first year. Transitioning to the self-storage sector in 2020, Rebekah quickly expanded from managing one facility to overseeing more than 20 properties. She has created, streamlined, and executed a successful model for remote management with her own unique twist, ensuring optimal operations and profitability. One of her many achievements includes a 50% revenue increase in multiple portfolios within her first 3 months of takeover, and her innovative strategies continue to elevate businesses to new heights.

Rebekah leverages her skills to complement Elijah’s analytical approach, combining her hands-on experience and customer-centric strategies with his data-driven insights. Elijah Fitzgerald, Owner

Elijah Fitzgerald began his entrepreneurial journey in 2018, inspired by Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad and a deep dive into the world of cryptocurrency and the stock market. With a strong foundation in data, analytics, and technology, Elijah successfully managed a startup Short Term Rental company as COO, overseeing a portfolio of six properties. As a financial advisor, he grew investor accounts to three times their previous equity highs in Options, Futures and Speculative Investments. Elijah’s expertise in customer acquisition, marketing, and demographics has been key in identifying and targeting the right audiences to drive growth and optimize business strategies. Transitioning to storage facility management was a natural next step, where he leverages his analytical skills and market insights to drive revenue.
